On 30 September 2025, we had the pleasure of welcoming Aurelia Antonietti, Senior Legal Adviser at the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), for an engaging Rise & Shine Breakfast. Speaking under Chatham House Rules, Aurélia offered valuable insight into her work at ICSID and shared timely updates that prompted thoughtful discussion within the group.

The conversation was expertly moderated by José Manuel Garcia Represa, whose extensive experience representing both States and investors before investment arbitration tribunals added meaningful depth to the exchange.

We were delighted to see the Paris arbitration community rise early and participate actively in this session, organised in collaboration with Wordstone Dispute Resolution and hosted at the beautiful Maison de l'Amérique latine.
